  1. The guarantee covers orders delivered by our own local delivery service to addresses within 5 miles of a Zineeno’s store. In-store pickup and orders sent by courier are not covered.
  2. Orders placed and paid for by 12pm (store time) are delivered the same day by 8pm. Orders placed after 12pm are delivered the next day by 8pm. The delivery time in your order confirmation is the time we guarantee.
  3. An order is late if it is delivered after the guaranteed time, as recorded when our driver marks it delivered.
  4. For a late order you can choose a full refund of the order total to your original payment method, or the same amount as store credit, up to $150 per order. Orders over $150 receive $150. You keep the groceries.
  5. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, using the claim form on this page or our contact page.
  6. One guarantee claim per customer every 30 days.
  7. Not covered: a wrong or incomplete delivery address; nobody available to receive the order; changes you make to the order after placing it; severe weather, road closures or other events outside our control; or a later delivery time shown and accepted at checkout.
  8. Approved refunds and store credit are issued within 3 working days.
  9. We may change or end the guarantee at any time. Orders placed before a change keep the terms that applied when they were placed. This does not affect your legal rights.
