Who we are

This site is operated by Zineeno’s, a grocery shop trading in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Prices and availability

Prices are as shown at checkout and exclude any delivery charge, which is added before you pay. We keep the site in step with the shelf, but an item can sell out between your order and our picking it. When that happens we tell you, take it off the bill, and offer a like-for-like substitute rather than choosing one for you.

Where an item is priced by weight, the price shown is for the stated weight; if the picked weight differs meaningfully, we adjust the bill.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges it; the contract is formed when we accept it by picking and dispatching. We may decline an order, for example if a price was obviously wrong or we can’t deliver to the address.

Returns

Set out in Returns & Refunds, which forms part of these terms and doesn’t affect your rights under Pennsylvania law where a product is faulty or mis-described.

Age-restricted items

Where we sell an age-restricted product, we’ll ask for identification on delivery or at the counter and won’t hand it over without it.

Using the site

Please don’t interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful. Brand names and packaging shown belong to their owners. If something goes wrong

Tell us first. Most things get sorted the same day. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
