Find your order
Enter the email you used at checkout and press Track. We’ll email you a 6-digit code. Once you’ve entered it, you’ll come back here and see every order placed with that email, with its status and tracking.
No account or password needed. Signed-in shoppers see their orders above.
Once your order ships, you’ll see a live map of where your parcel is and every scan from the carrier, with updates by email or text.
What the statuses mean

ProcessingWe’ve got your order and we’re picking it.

On holdWaiting on payment, or on an item that has just sold out. We’ll email you either way.

CompletedOut for delivery, or ready at the counter for collection.

Cancelled or refundedYou won’t be charged anything more, and any payment is on its way back to you.
Can’t find your order?
Check your email
Your order number begins with # and is in the subject line of your confirmation email.
Look in spam
If the confirmation never arrived, check your spam or promotions folder.
Ask us
We can find it from your name and the day you ordered.
