What’s in the kit
The Family size has twice as much of everything, so it feeds twice as many.
You’ll also need
- 2 eggs
- 2 handfuls pak choi, cabbage or spinach
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Method
- Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, adding the greens for the last minute. Drain.
- Meanwhile, empty the seasoning, oil, sweet soy and chilli sachets into a bowl.
- Fry the eggs in a little oil until the edges are crisp and the yolks still soft.
- Toss the noodles and greens in the seasoning bowl until coated.
- Top with the fried eggs, spring onion, the crispy shallots from the pack and a spoon of chilli crisp.
Cook’s tip: Mix the seasoning in the bowl rather than the pan so the sweet soy coats the noodles without burning.
